Terrific studio in the city center, sunny (Sun 2)

Perfect easy as communicated. Positive: Easy and straight forward friendly communication, good location, nicec terrace, clean, nice shower all working well, Everthing was as announced and clearly communicated step by step. Negative: All was good - only improvement I would see possible is to have some minimum consumables available - like Shampoo, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Tea and Nescafe as I was travelling on weekends and most shops are closed on Sunday. But this is not a critic just a hint to be considered to make the stay even better, easier for the guest. KR, Andreas

Positive: Early check-in was available, its very well located but it's a steep 15-minute uphill walk from the city centre Negative: The apartment I booked does not have a balcony, despite the Booking.com listing stating otherwise — I even confirmed with the property, and they said yes, which was very disappointing as it truly doesn't.The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable; we slept terribly during our two-night stay There is no info how to work with AC/ ventilation, so it was very hot at all times, we did ask the staff but the reply didn't helped us at all. Also a proper info book on how to work with the appliances would be great.

Clean small one room apartment. The location is up the hill, with many stairs on the way Positive: the instructions for the key collections were precise and easy to follow Negative: The location is near the university, but a little far from the train station. Only 15-20 minutes walk, but up hill. The supermarket was 10 minutes away, further up. A few cafe's near the university, but not much more.

Sehr schönes neues Apartment in bester Lage Positive: Das Apartment ist extrem verkehrsgünstig zur Stadt gelegen. Die Trambahn zum Centrum und Bahnhof ist nur 200 m entfernt und kommt alle par Minuten und fährt nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum. Der Zugang zum Apartment mit einem Türcode, den wir zwei Tage vor der Anreise erhielten, war völlig unkompliziert, obwohl der Vermieter nicht anwesend war. Das ziemlich neue Apartment war genau wie beschrieben, es war blitzsauber, sehr gut beleuchtet und wies einen hohen Sicherheitsstandard bei der Haustür und der Terrassentür auf. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Im Sommer wird es, auf der Terrasse im Grünen sitzend, sehr schön sein. Es gibt sogar ein Sonnenschutzrollo. Das Doppelbett war von guter Qualität und man schläft nachts in völliger Ruhe. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet, er reagiert auf schriftliche Anfragen sofort und ist in Notfällen auch telefonisch täglich erreichbar. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde sofort bearbeitet. War alles perfekt. Negative: Ich habe eine Teekanne vermisst, vermute aber, dass der Vermieter demnächst eine solche bereitstellen wird.

Its location is excellent, conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Highly recommended!
